Check-in and Check-out
Check in time in 2.00pm on day of booking and check out is to be no later than 11.00am on departure date, unless special arrangements are made beforehand.
Credit Card Details/Imprint
To cover additional costs incurred by you during your stay (if any), details/imprint of a current credit card will be required at check in.
Smoking and Pet Policy
Guests are requested not to smoke inside of Roselea Cottage.
Guests are also requested not to keep pets inside of Roselea Cottage save and except with the express permission of the hosts.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of the full amount paid less $50 booking fee will be made provided that not less than fourteen (14) days notice is given. If less than fourteen (14) and more than seven (7) days notice of cancellation is given a refund of half the amount paid less $50 booking fee will be given. If less than or equal to seven days notice is given, no refund shall be given. Refunds will be made within seven (7) days of cancellation.
In-House Policy
Your hosts are contactable between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. during the time of your stay. In the case of emergency, your hosts are contactable at any time.
Your hosts are happy to supply you with a range of food and grocery items at additional cost. A list of such products is located with the information pack provided.
Your hosts are happy also to accommodate guests with any special requests for purchase of goods or foodstuffs either through recommendation (at no cost) or via their purchase service (at additional cost).
